Disable Announcement Push Package
This package hides the "Send a copy of this announcement immediately" option in the Announcements tool.
Warning: this package does not change the value of the field. I.e. if your Blackboard instance is configured to have this option ticked by default, then a push notificiation (read: email) will be sent without the user having the option to turn it off and vise-versa.
