Remove unused routes, navigation in standalone vue app

When Drew created the Vue app, he envisioned it as a standalone replacement and stubbed out a number of sections. These are only accessible when the site is run in laravelDeploy == false mode. We're transitioning to using the Vue app standalone, but with the stubbed functionality hosted elsewhere (Wordpress, etc.), so we need to remove all incomplete functionality, routes, etc., so that the standalone Vue app doesn't include links to anything that doesn't work.
