Odometer - Rewrite

I'm unsure of making this a full release due to me not deciding upon whether to use a config library, and the very placeholder-y HUD. But this is a fully functional 1.21 version of Odometer, with a handful of new graphical features that I tried out.

As you'll see, this version makes heavy use of post-processing and HUD elements. Compat with other mods is not guaranteed, but I've tried my best to prevent things such as flashing patterns from ordering happening.
