Minecart Mania 2.1.3 beta 1 by Araamarmorth

This is a light modification of Minecart Mania by jrbudda : 
https://github.com/jrbudda/MinecartMania (plugin available on 
http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-mods/minecartmania-reborn/)

To build the plugin you need to setup maven (http://maven.apache.org/)
On Windows use compile.bat
On Unix use make
