API: Weather

DOMLauncher was allowed an API key to the OpenWeatherMap service.

APPID=7687bs878b9nqcn87cs78098q222788y

The key is meant for their tracking and OWM has the ability to disable specific connections if the service is abused by an individual. Any time a call to the service is used, please include that key.
