rpm: Update virtualization packages

Specifically:

        libvirt      10.9.0 -> 10.10.0
           QEMU       9.0.0 -> 9.1.0
          passt    20240806 -> 20241121
      virtiofsd      1.11.1 -> 1.13.0
     libguestfs      1.50.2 -> 1.54.0
  guestfs-tools      1.51.6 -> 1.52.2

A few other packages get bumped as well, but the upstream
version remains the same. That usually indicates that fixes
have been backported or packaging tweaks have been made.

yajl is dropped for good because libguestfs has switched to
json-c, same as libvirt had some time ago.
