When we insert a block from the block inserter sidebar in the Site Editor, the tracking event's inserter_method property is set a "quick-inserter" as opposed to "header-inserter" (as seen in post editor).

To Reproduce:

  • Enable editor tracking debug logs.
  • Load the site editor and insert a block from the sidebar inserter.
  • Notice the inserter_method in the log has the incorrect value.
