Another report in 7735953-zen. Also, I was able to replicate on my iPhone with iOS 16.1.1. Updating to the latest version of iOS fixed the issue. |
Also, I forgot to mention that deactivating the Gutenberg plugin seemed to fix the issue on the old iOS version, and it works without having to update the device. |

I'm triaging this now, and am not able to reproduce on https://garrettprettymancoaching.com. So, it seems like this has been resolved. Can y'all confirm? |
I can reproduce still on an ancient iPhone 6 with iOS/Safari 12.5.7. I don't think we necessarily need to support devices this old, but I am unsure what minimum version is supported. Seems like iOS 16 and later may work fine depending on the device. |

According to recent data, iOS 16 accounts for 15% of all iOS traffic, 30% of all mobile internet traffic, and 60% of all mobile internet traffic. This issue reflects ~3% of all Dotcom traffic and appears theme-specific. Removing Blocker priority. |
Might not be related to this exact issue, but I still want to mention it here, I was trouble shooting an similar issue on iOS. Settings -> Accessibility -> Motion -> Reduce Motion |
Report on Simple site in 9241467-zen, user mentioned iPhone 13 iOS 16.2 and iPhone 8 iOS 15.4.1 |

Quick summary
Recently, I encountered some findings where users reported that their hamburger menu is not working on their iPhones. Upon further investigation, I was able to reproduce the same issues on my test site as well. The problem seems to be prevalent on certain iPhone versions, particularly the iPhone 13 with Safari browser and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The tests conducted so far yielded the following results:
iPhone 13 iOS 15 - Not Working
iPhone 12 iOS 14 - Not Working
iPhone 11 iOS 13 - Not Working
iPhone 15 iOS 17 - Working
iPhone 15 iOS 17.3 - Working
iPhone 15 iOS 17.2 - Working
iPhone 14 iOS 16 - Working
iPhone 14 Pro iOS 16 - Not Working
iPhone 14 Plus iOS 16 - Not Working
iPhone 15 Pro iOS 17 - Working
iPhone 15 Pro Max iOS 17 - Working
The key point here is that the issue exists on specific devices, and we were able to replicate it on real devices as well as using Browserstack. Additionally, the problem started occurring recently. Users mentioned that the menu was functioning fine one or two weeks ago, but now it's not.
