Title: Add Custom 404 Page 🧑‍💻: 404 Error page #402

Describe the add-ons or changes you've made 💃

Implemented a custom 404 error page with a modern design.
Added floating background icons with animation for a dynamic effect.
Styled the page with Tailwind CSS to match the theme.
Used standard HTML buttons for navigation (Back to Home & Go Back).
Ensured compatibility with Next.js 13.
