Purpose of this PR

Copied the files in a separate commit.

Updated the API version from preview/2024-04-01-preview to stable/2024-04-01.

@ramoka178 prettierCheck errors have been fixed.

Only SwaggerLint error is saying that "TenantLevelAPIsNotAllowed" even though this has been approved as of last year for our service, we are just updating an API version.

Please review this again, when you have the chance
