Remove superfluous semicolons, convert tabs to spaces, and remove DOS style CRLF

Thought better of it - rolled back the dos2unix stuff. Just do tabs to spaces and removing semicolons

Apparently bidmach_init.scala did not previously have the dos newlines - so I rolled that one back.
