SeqFilter Version 2.1.10

Changes:

  • The base content is now printed correctly (#7)
  • A new option is provided --no-smart-labels to avoid shortened file names (#12)
  • Update of the documentation
    • --ids-exclude with own section
    • --ids-split removed
    • --histogram fixed magnitude (was <=3 and is now <2)
    • --[no]-smart-labels added
