Create issue bill form with fields:

• country of issuing: dropdown with countries list and search field to quickly find the country; required
• city of issuing: simple text field; required
• issue date: date picker component; required
• pay on: date picker component; required
• order of (payee): dropdown of contacts with search field or me in case of 2 party draw on payer; required
• bill amount: number; required
• bill value: ISO currency field; required
• payer: dropdown of contacts with search field or me in case 2 party promissory note; required
• country of payment: dropdown with countries list and search field to quickly find the country; required
• city of payment: simple text field; required
• invoice upload: file upload field; required
