This PR converts
embeds.tomltoembeds.ymlas the bot will be using YAML moving forward.Updated the contrib doc to include some more info.
Added a YAML linter workflow just to catch any obvious mistakes that could cause issues.
Removed a few ones that we definitely will not need:
update119embedtest#rules-and-infochannel.I marked a few embeds with todo comments that I think we could remove/improve. There are a lot that look very generic and could get an update.
We could also start using the improved Markdown of Discord now to improve clarity and visibility, as a basic example:
