FYI.... The "create a ticket" option only shows for users who do not have a "reseller" license. IE, users who didn't receive their connect key from IMH or DH. Reseller users from IMH for example, see this instead: |

Please change this to something like this:
Create a ticket with %1$sBoldGrid Support%2$s
rather than having 'support.boldgrid.com' be the link text.
