New Java requirement: minimum JRE-11, recommended JRE-23.
Info for Mac Users: Applications/games/rotp/ is a good place to run it smoothly!
Very last changes:
- Fixed Ship Design Size, Power and cost values sometime overlapping with Huge hulls.
- Fixed Auto Ship Design not loading user request.
- Fixed Obedient Governor building stargates too early.
- Added a unification notice after accepting or rejecting the vote, as sharing knowledge across empires can take a long time for very large galaxies.
- Added more progressive notice.
- Fixed issue with multi-shot beam weapons. They will now follow MoO1 rules and fire all their shots on the same stack.
