using acpi_fetch_acpi_dev and replace acpi_bus_get_device for kernel 5.18+

I used this on 2 older laptops I have running fedora. But I only used the top the part of the pull request.

It does seem to fix the problem introduced in the 5.18 kernel.

Thanks, I was able to build and run this on Debian 11 Bullseye with kernel 5.18.2-1 from backports.

sorry I have a AMD/NVIDIA system so the change was needed for me. I will think about a valid solution to detect AMD APUs as integrated devices. Currently I do not have a solution.
