scripts: xtensa-build-all: remove imx8ulp

XTOS is going to be deprecated on i.MX8ULP so prevent building it by removing it from the list of supported platforms from `xtensa-build-all.sh`. This is needed for switching to Zephyr native drivers. Signed-off-by: Laurentiu Mihalcea <[email protected]>
