Running the program
The Main file can run and of the models specified in data/Models.csv.

Each model specified has to have an associated folder in the data folder containing the interventions file and any other additional files needed.

Current possible models include
MDDCVAregion - a model of the Maryland region
UScounty - a model of all US counties [hard to run to scale given the size]

In addition to running main models, can also run forecast models based on the CDC forecast tool [add links and description]

Required Parameters
-m Model to run (see Models above)

Optional Parameters
-j XXXX Specify the folder to run the model and results in where XXXX is the name of the folder. 
-d Run in debug mode
-f Fit the model (see fit above) must specify hospitalizations or deaths
-n Number of times to run the model

Example:
python3 Main.py -j testdelete -n 2 -m MDDCVAregion -d -f hospitalizations

python3 USForecast.py -j testdelete -m UScounty -f deaths
