Visually indicates when a player gets kicked due to track mismatch, and fixes seekers getting the respawn cooldown. Updates "the team rocks!" room messages to "The seekers rock!" and "The hiders rock!"
A queue for screen text would probably be preferable, so that if multiple people get kicked it is possible to read it all, however this is not currently implemented.
