Changes allocation algorithm (subject to change however when a real heap comes in) and adds placeholder realloc / free which don't do anything different than malloc / nothing. This allocation algorithm however does not currently take into account static allocation and is generally very much wip. However, the goal is to eventually remove allocate / clone and replace them with allocateBytes / copyMemory.
