Milktruck Mobile support

Add pointer/touch events for mobile support. I was only able to test this on the Dell. Can some one test this on other mobile devices?

@bagnell unrelated to this, but can you submit an issue to the main Cesium issue with lessons learned from this demo, e.g., we should improve terrain height queries, etc.?

Good idea, let's start there and then prioritize.

Not off to a good start. Here it is on the Moto X. Cesium itself doesn't even come up (in this demo only), not sure why.

I'll try the Nexus next.

While the styling is a problem, the app eventually will come up on the phone, it just takes forever because of the terrain queries (at least that's my best guess).

On the Nexus 9, layout is till an issue, but not as bad. It's still not usable though because it just keeps crashing.

I'll have multiple devices with me tomorrow to play with. @pjcozzi or @tfili, it might be cool to bring an iPad too.
