"Dear maintainers, I am submitting this pull request to make our Enum4linux community even stronger. I have included two important documents, a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md and a CONTRIBUTING.md, to establish clear guidelines for community members and make it easy for new contributors to get involved.
I have also made some changes to the README.md to make it more visually appealing and provide a more comprehensive overview of the project. I believe these changes will help create a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all. Let's build a strong community together!
