This module adds functionality for IP Pools and IP Pool Blocks in Cisco UCS. Unit tests were written in pytest. I made minor modifications to the existing unit tests for pytest functionality. The Nose testing framework is no longer being actively maintained and by their own recommendation they suggest using pytest. Docstrings are in the ippool module. I didn't know if the autodoc feature was turned on for sphinx and readthedocs. If it is, please let me know which style docstrings are preferred(i.e Google, numpy, etc..)
