Purpose
closes #820
This PR changes the GPU target longrun back to running for 300days, while the CPU stays at 30days to avoid using resources we don't need.
I also changed our naming convention from
gpu_run_nametorun_name_gpubecause I think this will make it more clear to see similarities between cpu and gpu configs.
