  • Update TimescaleDB to include Timescale Compression as the default Timescale setup.
  • Move uncompressed to "TimescaleDB (No Columnstore)"

Thanks for this contribution.

A question: There are now three directories timescaledb, timescaledb-compressed and timescaledb-no-columnstore. Could this somehow be consolidated? If the results for one of these alternatives are too slow, consider deleting it completely.

- Update TimescaleDB to include Compression as the default
  TimescaleDB setup.
- Move uncompressed to "TimescaleDB (No Columnstore)"

@rschu1ze This proposes the removal of timescaledb-compressed and introduces timescaledb-no-columnstore.
