add korean entry to multilingual page in docs

Hi, was checking for the Korean language support in the docs but couldn't find any mentions of it, then found #583 in PRs which wasn't reflected in the docs.

Note: not sure about the "word stemming", please let me know if "See below" is appropriate here.

Thanks for the update! My bad on forgetting to update the table 🤦

At the moment it would be an ❌ for the stemming support — let me know if you want to change that, or I can update it after merging :)
