jaxlibseems to have removed its v0.3 versions somewhen end of October 2023 (see PyPI history, this successful job, this failing job). While this actually prevents any installation of JAX on Python 3.7 (bad bad bad), it makes sense to follow the NumPy policity of dropping support for Python versions 3 years after their release date.Successful job before Oct 2023
