Please feel free to request changes or edit directly! I was not sure what to write.

It seems that we sometimes use different terms for the same things. I'm not sure if my names are incorrect or if it's just synonyms.

I can make other PRs to add my 2 GUIs:

And also I think it could be valuable to add links to some communities/documentation such as

Thanks for this PR!
This is just informational, no need to be too much coherent, but don't hesitate to make other PR if you have ideas for that.

About others resources: Maybe it's not the best place, it's more about free software. If we add theoretical resources, lobbies, or online voting services (wich are not open-source software), it can be infinite.
But maybe I can host under this namespace, other repositories for other indexes.
