We have not determined the minimum requirements for Teku. However, 4GB is likely to be too low. I'd update it to 8GB at least. Also, CPU usage is heavily dependent on the number of validators being run.

I have raised Consensys/teku#6659 to come up with more accurate values.

As a starting point, I'd say the minimum requirements for running a full node (Beacon Node + Validator + EL):

CPU: 4+ cores @ 2.8+ GHz
Memory: 16GB+ RAM (depends a lot on the EL as well, it will be safer to run GB).
Storage: SSD with at least 2TB free space
