The PR registers the new MetaMask Institutional docs.

  • The content is still a work in progress
  • The docs are currently deployed as GitHub Pages
  • But we would rather have them run with Vercel as recommended
  • We will use the address https://docs.metamask-institutional.io as the definitive domain, but note that an old docs of MMI is running at this domain for the moment. We are doing the necessary to deprecate it.
