The point of the entire project is QEMU and KVM, which are embedded into Linux kernel itself and are merely ports on Windows versions. I am not quite sure how will this project run under Windows. Currently this PR only changes associations from |

Needs more testing
This is made exclusively for running inside the MSYS2 Mingw64 shell (it isn't emulation, just easier to support since it's a bash shell with the gnu utils)
QEMU and Python are available through their repositories in pacman
