1.16.2+ Hotfix

Hotfix update for depedencies' sake.

WORLDGEN IS CURRENTLY DISABLED WHILE WE REWRITE IT. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug where overworld ore placers wouldn't use plural tags
• Added c:natural_stones, and c:strip_command tags
• Nether ore gen now uses the c:netherracks tag
• End ore gen now uses the c:end_stones tag
