Rajikaru-Bot v0.1 | First pre-release!

Releases are a thing that exists in github!

Nothing major has happened recently to the bot but i feel that the bot has reached version 0.1! I'm thinking about maybe switching to another language for bot development. I'll have to look into it, discord's new intents and all of the stuff they're doing to the platform makes it very hard to use the outdated discord.py/nextcord.py library.
