mobile app requirements

• Make the UI pretty ( I could use a logo! )
• make the app start recording as soon as it starts up
• let the user enter info about the ad if no match is found
• need to test and see how it works if there is 18 seconds of the right
  ad and 2 seconds of something else - do we still get a hit?

web app requirements

• create a landing page for the app to direct to for each ad. this
  would have links to news articles, a form displaying funder, title,
  maybe transcript, a place for people to leave comments, etc
