Fix weird home directory paths org.esa.snap.product.library.v2.activator.ProductLibraryActivator: Failed to initialize the database. #8

          Install libgfortran again


          Try fixing homedir warnings by adding a user

The above attempt to fix the homedir issue did not work out - still seeing that error. I'll merge anyways and have to tackle that in a new PR.
