feat: added unmint flow

In this pull request, the unminting flow UI/UX has been implemented:

Added Unmint Flow:

• This feature introduces the Unmint Flow. Users can now navigate through the unminting process.

Modified Conditional Rendering:

• The conditional rendering logic has been refined to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of the application.

Separated LockScreen from TransactionForm:

• The LockScreen has been separated from the TransactionForm. This separation improves code organization.
