This PR adds support for USRP formatted UDP transport in dvmbridge.
(USRP support tested on AllstarLink version 3)

Additionally ensure the changes do not break:

  • Raw UDP <-> UDP
  • Metadata UDP <-> UDP
  • Raw uLaw UDP <-> UDP
  • RTP uLaw UDP <-> UDP

Checked RTP uLaw <-> UDP and works fine on my end.

I verified all other methods as well, all seems to be good.
