UI: update the blog page #110

Closes: #110

Following this i have covered:

• refactored the whole ui
• optimized it for mobile devices
• implemented interactive motion to the feature card etc

• In dark mode, the blackish block shade above the hero text is not looking good.
• make the blog cards more rounded by default
• The last 2 blog cards are not in same height level

• fixed the hero text, completely removed the effect.

• made blog cards more rounded

• the last 2 blogs were already same height, check screenshot,

• the height looked improper because of the images, so to overcome this made image blured effect this will ensure the consistency for all grids irrespective of image sizes. , check screenshot:
