Full Azure Analysis Services (AAS) support

Version 1.2.0 provides:

• Full support for Azure Analysis Services (AAS)
• Support for deploying cubes using a specific windows credential
• Support for custom install location of the Microsoft.AnalysisServices.Deployment.exe by setting the environment variable CustomAsDwInstallLocation
• Support for SSMS v18.2 install locations as well as legacy locations of Microsoft.AnalysisServices.Deployment.exe
