Blocking commands

The bot allows you to block commands with a special syntax that you put into the topic of your text channel.
The syntax is as follows:
| Syntax | Description |
|---|---|
| -commands | Blocks all commands in the channel |
| -<commandName> | Blocks the command with the specified name in the channel |
| -<commandCategory> | Blocks all commands from this category in the channel |
| -!<commandName> | Blocks all but the command with the specified name in the channel |
| -!<commandCategory> | Blocks all commands but the ones in the specified category in the channel |
-!moderation: Blocks all commands but the commands in the moderation category
