New validation rules are added.
SAMPLES (INVESTIGATION) - at least one 'STUDY FACTORS' / 'Factor Value' with must be presence and complete (ERROR)
ASSAYS - 'Chromatography Instrument' + 'Column model' + 'Column type' must be complete (ERROR)
METABOLITES - 'mass_to_charge' + 'retention_time' must be complete (ERROR)
At least three design descriptors should be defined
(All updated are already applied on staging branch, do not merge with staging)
