  • Stop building and releasing for CentOS 7.
  • Update README to use AlmaLinux 9.
  • Fallback on WLCG and upstream repositories until UMD 5 for AlmaLinux 9 will be available.

Package names will be fixed via #13, I would like to merge this one so that all the test in #13 can work properly.

Dropping CentOS 7 from automatic building was agreed with @maarten-litmaath
