Improved Flame Arrows is a plugin that improves the the way how flaming arrows work. If a flaming arrow hits a Block, it will start to burn.
Just drop it in your Plugins folder and restart/reload your Server.
Just enchant your Bow with flame, or shoot your arrow through fire.
