Bugfix for CoreData & Multiple windows

1. Fixed unexpected behaviors of reading view in Multiple-windows on iPad.
   iPadマルチタスクで閲覧機能の不具合を修正。
   修復iPad在多窗口模式在閱讀頁的非預期表現。

2. Fixed randomly crashes due to accessing CoreData context from other threads.
   別のスレッドからCoreDataコンテキストへのアクセスによるランダムに発生するクラッシュを修正。
   修復因在其它線程訪問CoreData上下文導致的隨機崩潰。
