Features

1. Altering enderpearl drops rate in piglin bartering back to 1.16.1 for speedrunning minigames.
2. Setting the world border to 5760*2 blocks (the second ring where strongholds are generated, thus in total 9 strongholds to be generated) wide.
3. Disabling beds and respawn anchors from exploding in certain dimensions (except the end).
