Feature Add:

1. #9 Add HyperLink, so the "Comment.txt" will rename to "Comment.html"
2. #16 FileManager can move resource to each month folder

Fantia cover redownload bug

Upgrade:
Change fantia download-wait sequence, from
"Start next match after current download completed" to
"Start next match when downloading count small than thread count"
