Anvils

Overview

Custom enchantments from EnchantmentAPI work seamlessly with anvils. Placing items with custom enchantments into an anvil lets you combine enchantments as if they were vanilla enchantments.

Mechanics

Action	Result
Combining two same-level enchantments	Enchantment with a rank one higher than the combined enchantments, up to max-level
Combining two different level enchantments	Enchantment with the higher rank between the two
Combining enchantment with item without the enchantment	Keeps the enchantment from the one with it

Combine Cost

Enchantments have a configured combine cost, so combining custom enchantments will cost levels as if they were vanilla enchantments.
