installed pip and flask for python server
added the path of pipenv to the system installed pipenv with pip after pipenv is installed, flask lib is installed with pipenv Installation steps can be found in detailed in README.md

- modified README.md by rmeoving unnecessary code blocks - removed requirements.txt as being replaced by Pipefile
