The "Attempting to use the Advanced interface without first having called ENSessionAdvanced.SetSharedSessionConsumerKey" didn't also mention the ENSessionAdvanced.SetSharedSessionDeveloperToken method. So I had assumed the Advanced features didn't support developer tokens. Turns out I was accidentally calling ENSession.SetSharedSessionDeveloperToken (the non-advanced version). Resolves Evernote#20
